Conservation and restoration works to Fota House which is one of Irelands premier listed buildings set in the historic Fota Island Estate, with its world renowned Arboretum, Gardens and Wildlife Park. Works to the main house comprised new roofs, masonry repairs, lime rendering of external walls, historic joinery repairs, rot eradication works and stone flag paving restoration to the building perimeters all on a live fully occupied visitor attraction.
