Civil Engineering construction works comprising the demolition of the existing Hartley Bridge over the River Shannon, the construction of new three-span replacement bridge structure downstream of the existing bridge crossing, modifications to the L3400 local road approaches, decommissioning of the defunct sections of the L3400 local road and ancillary works associated with the above works, including drainage and other utility work, road safety barriers and fencing all in a “live” environment.
